    The 1st Dialogue on Energy Transition in the 21st Century (DET2019) gathers students to explore the current status and future outlook of Energy Transition in the 21st Century. Innovative lectures and ideas of keynote speakers will enable students and energy sector practitioners to shape profoundly energy future. This event scrutinizes different aspects of energy resources, supply, policies, alternative options, climate change, and etc. by an interdisciplinary analysis.
    Brief Description: This event will bring together energy, environmental, and interdisciplinary fields students with a theme of innovative solutions for a green and sustainable society. It excels students' presentation and discussion skills and expands networking among Japanese and international students. Meanwhile, students will become familiar with IET society as an effective platform for academic and professional career development.


    Session 1: Keynote Speakers

    Keynote speakers will deliver speeches on the most recent evolution, development, transitions, and innovation in the field of energy that can be counted as a salient roadmap for students. Three speakers will conduct this session from 09:30 am – 10:55 am with 15-minute presentation followed by 10-minute discussion for each lecture.

    Session 2: Presentation Session

    This session covers all accepted Abstracts for presentations at the afternoon session. The Scientific Committee encourages authors to present their work in a group presentation. Time for presentation is10-minutes following by 10-minutes discussion. Authors can present their research in person or online (via Skype or Teamviewer). For an online presentation, please send recorded presentation video in advance to be on the safe side (due to technical or technological problems).
